The Challenge
Sending blast campaigns to all subscribers with no segmentation resulting in low engagement rates.
Unsure of strategy and know-how to drive users from email to purchase from the brand’s Amazon store instead of their website.
With the fragmentation of retailer data, Monty Bojangles had a limited understanding of their customer behaviour.
The Solution
We worked with the client to deliver a clear and actionable Strategic Roadmap which identified our key KPIs to focus on to drive traffic to Amazon. We implemented intelligent segmentation and a new (on-brand) template. The campaigns were engaging in our approach to copy and content. Our total sends were lower but we saw much better engagement and more revenue from this channel.
We implemented a new Welcome Flow to encourage new subscribers to explore the brand.
