The Challenge

  • Welcome flow wasn’t working hard enough to convert subscribers to make first purchase.

  • Subscribers weren’t making that all important first to second (to third) purchase, resulting in low LTV.

  • No clear or in-depth reporting so there was a lack of understanding of what was or wasn’t working.

The Solution

Pepped worked to update the Welcome Flow first to encourage users to make their first class/bundle purchase. We subsequently worked on their First Purchase flow to drive engagement and encourage and remind subscribers to buy again.

Pepped also updated the abandoned series to increase CVR and implemented a reporting deck for Psycle to see in more depth what was working and what needed further improvement.
