Pepped worked on updating Wild Nutrition’s segmentation of the database customers and engagers by recency. Pepped subsequently implemented a sunset flow to reduce the klaviyo cost for un-engaged subscribers.

The brand are now emailing less people and delivering significantly higher revenue. Pepped also optimised conversion journey flows to recover more abandoned sessions, carts and checkouts. Pepped created new flows to drive repeat purchase of popular products.
